Interns in this program will be reviewed based on 3 categories:

  1. Functional

  2. Technical

  3. Soft Power

The above categories will have separate criteria under it. Each criteria will have scores and would be given from a scale of 10:-

1 : Pathetic

2 : Very Bad

3 : Bad

4 : Average

5 : Okay

6 : Good

7 : Very Good

8 : Excellent

9 : Fantastic

10 : Wow
