Can team members work remotely?

Yes, any team member can work from any place they wish. The team member will be periodically(depends on the severity of role) reviewed by his/her immediate supervisor and team mates with the following criteria:-

  1. Expectation setting

  2. Availability

  3. Communication

  4. Delivery

The scores would be given from a scale of 10:-

1 : Pathetic

2 : Very Bad

3 : Bad

4 : Average

5 : Okay

6 : Good

7 : Very Good

8 : Excellent

9 : Fantastic

10 : Wow
